Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders across India.

Payment options available are Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment.

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after order placement. Once dispatched, delivery may take 1–4 business days depending on the destination city.

Dispatch details along with the tracking ID will be shared on the registered email address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At Melon Apparel, we ship worldwide.

International orders can be paid through Debit/Credit Cards or Bank Transfer (INR). Any currency conversion charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and added at checkout. Charges may vary depending on the order size and destination country.

International orders are dispatched only after all products in the order are ready. We do not ship incomplete orders. Orders are usually dispatched within 8–10 business days after receiving the order.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Delivery may take approximately 7–15 business days from the dispatch date. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs procedures.

For purchases made outside India, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes applicable in their country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
