Return & Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
Size Exchange / Product Exchange
If the customer faces any size issue with the product or wishes to exchange it for another product, they must email us at info@melonapperal.com within 5 days from the date of delivery.
If reverse pickup service is available for your pin code, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address and resend the exchanged product.
Please Note:
Reverse pickup may not be available for some pin codes. In such cases, the customer is requested to courier the product back to us with their name and mobile number mentioned on the package.
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues. Product exchanges are not allowed.
All products purchased during offers or discounts are non-exchangeable.
Size Exchange
We offer exchanges only in case of size issues. A shipping fee of ₹499 will be charged along with any applicable price difference for the new size.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product is sold.
Damaged / Wrong Delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it through the fastest possible courier service.
Every product shipped from our warehouse undergoes 3 layers of quality checks, and the process is recorded for reference. However, if there is still any issue, we will surely resolve it for you.
When Exchange is Not Accepted
- Exchanges are not accepted due to slight color differences. A variation of up to 10% may occur because of screen resolution and lighting.
- Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. We use premium-quality materials, and all product details are clearly mentioned in the product description. We recommend reading all details carefully before placing the order.
- Exchanges are not accepted for specially customized products.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
